The especially helpful staff working throughout the hotel. Well-equipped room and super comfortable bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Hypoallergenic pillows, comfortable bed.

The hotel was in the very central setting close to a blue line station with an elevator. We had lunch in Wingstop, placed close by. Tbh, had an awesome stay on our Chicago vacation...

Cute little place to stay with excellent location in a smaller neighborhood than on the Magnificent Mile and great food. Especially helpful and very very helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Excellent service, public parking available nearby. Everything very good.
