TV set and coffee were provided. The place is a short walk to Chicago downtown. On-site restaurant Meli Cafe was a bonus, had dinner there.
Convenient location, central to many attractions and restaurants and walking distance to the bus and train lines
Well-located, good location for shopping and close to subway lines
The location is comfortable and the staff are friendly. Just a short distance to the loop. We liked to chill in the nearby Gino's East. Not far from the airport, 15 km, perfect for an early flight:)))
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The staff was helpful and we would love to go back. The setting was just walking distance from everything we wanted to visit, like skydeck chicago.
Good location to downtown Chicago and Millenium Park and cultural facilities. Room was comfortable with a modern bathroom and free internet and a distinctive decore.
It would have been good to have a work table in the room for business activities.
free wifi, comfortable beds, very nice and helpful night bellman" Showtime".
It was dusty, and little flying bugs.
Our room had been allocated to someone else. We booked months ago and requested a two bed room as our son was with us. As a result he had to make do with a settee bed which was extremely unsatisfactory indeed.
Great service from all the staff. We have never experienced such a stay from anywhere else before. This is by far the best Hotel ever. We were given the best directions for our Cub game and then when leaving we were given a ride to our train in a town car.,,,and treated like a million bucks. Years from now we will talk about our stay at this fabulous property. thanks for the grand memories...Clayton and Kathi St.Pierre
Quiet, clean, affordable, nicely decorated, beautiful large bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.
I wouldn't call it a complaint but a pool or something for the kids, in our case, 3 teens would have been good. Ice machine was broke so we had to call desk for ice, a fridge for snacks / drinks would have been good.
Efficent service. Good location. Nicely decorated.
continental brekfast very sparse.
Nice, spacious room with King-sized bed and large bathroom
The shower drained very slowly. We told the management about it on the way out. They also need to scrub around the bottom edges of the shower to get rid of the black mold.
The fitness center was great. Shower glass could ha e been longer to avoid water getting all over the floor. Bathroom doors need to be replaced and toilet paper holder was ripped out of wall.
Shower walls need to be bigger. Doors in bad shape. Toilet paper holder not attachd to wall.
Great location, Staff was wonderful and responded to an issue we had promptly.
The breakfast really isn't very good, but there are plently of places nearby.
They've gone through some updates, and it's very nice. The atmosphere was light and fun, and the staff were very knowledgeable about dining, shopping, and getting around downtown Chicago. The happy hour in the lobby was a welcome change where we mingled with other guests and planned our evening. The room was very tastefully decorated.
The valet parking was expensive, but it's expensive everywhere in downtown Chicago. Be prepared for that.
